Job Description:

In this role, you will act as a link between the engineers and production. You will lead a multidisciplinary team to industrialize new products for volume production (from the development phase). Teams include Factory Engineers, Manufacturing Engineers, Purchasers, and Quality Engineers. In this role, you will have full responsibility for all financial, technical, logistical, and quality aspects of the projects.

Overview of Responsibilities:

• Ensuring product feasibility and process/product quality.
• Actively contributing to improvement proposals.
• Establishing and maintaining the production process according to objectives.
• Efficiently managing the supply chain.
• Reporting on project progress, both internally and externally.
• Ensuring the realization of prototypes.

Company Profile:

This organization employs approximately 1500 FTE and is located in Eindhoven. The company specializes in creating mechatronic systems and modules for high-tech OEMs. Markets served by this company include the semiconductor industry, medical systems, science, solar energy industry, and mechanical projects. The entire production is realized on-site.

Your Profile:

• A Bachelor's and/or Master's degree in a technical field.
• (Extensive) experience as a Project Manager in the manufacturing industry.
• Experience in the high-tech industry.
• Strong leadership skills.
• Excellent analytical abilities.

Terms of employment:

• Salary up to €10,000 per month on a full-time basis, depending on knowledge and experience.
• 25 vacation days and 13 ADV days.
• A travel expense allowance, pension plan, and profit-sharing from the second year.
