Purpose, main tasks and responsibilities

Due to expansion of the Quality department, we are looking for someone who is able to add value as Quality Assurance Engineer. In this role you will report to the Manager Quality Assurance, and you will be responsible for developing quality structures in accordance with the required standards.

  •  Analyze reports to the Manager Quality Assurance the quality results of the Quality Management system (QMS), environmental management system (EMS), Information Security Management system (ISMS) systems for management reviews and continuous improvement process.  
  • Performs internal quality audits (system, process, product) on HQ and operations and acts as point of contact for improvements and support the introduction of new Automotive systems worldwide.
  • Developing and integrating procedures and processes worldwide in consultation with stakeholders.
  • Provides operational support for quality improvement by participating in product and process improvement projects, analyzing quality results by contributing or participating in 8-D / Lean and Six Sigma projects.
  • SME for automotive quality systems, provides training and stimulates the use of quality improvement methods.

Requirements

  • BSc or MSc degree in Automotive- , Electrical- , Mechanical- or similar
  • Experience as Lead Auditor
  • Experience with problem solving techniques such as 8D, DOE, Six Sigma
  • Preferably Six-Sigma Greenbelt certified.
  • Knowledge of Automotive quality and safety management systems
  • Excellent knowledge of the English language both in speaking and writing
