Description
As a Senior Process Manufacturing Engineer you will be the link between the Engineering and production department. You will be involved in Process improvement projects for the long term and you will be support operations to solve daily process problems.
Tasks and responsibilities
- Yield improvement projects and base line process implementation for manufacturing
- Develop and implement quality control methods
- Process improvement project on glass cutting line
- Initiate process improvements in the glass cutting and edge grinding process in order to reach the defined targets.
- Working out documentation, work instructions and training of production staff.
Requirements
- Bachelor or Master's Degree in a technical field
- Experience with Lean Six Sigma (Black Belt is a plus)
- Have an autonomous way of working with a strong sense for ownership and focus on the end result.
- Have very good capabilities in organizing improvement actions and plans with multifunctional teams.
- Like to work cooperatively in a dynamic and multifunctional environment

Terms and conditions
- Salary range from €4000 – €6500, a month based on experience
- 8% holiday allowance
