A global leader in industrial process instrumentation is seeking a Hardware Engineer for their Embedded Systems team. This role involves designing, simulating, and testing converter electronics for flowmeters used across various industries like hydrogen, petrochemical, and water processing.

Key Responsibilities:
– Design and develop electronic hardware components and systems.
– Create schematic diagrams and PCB layouts using CAD tools.
– Conduct simulations and analyses to ensure product performance and reliability.
– Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project requirements.
– Prototype and test hardware designs to validate functionality.
– Work with manufacturing partners to transition designs into production.
– Maintain documentation and version control throughout the development process.

Qualifications:
– Bachelor’s or master’s degree in electrical engineering or a related field.
– Proven experience in hardware design, including schematic capture and PCB layout.
– Proficiency in CAD tools (Altium Designer, Eagle, KiCad).
– Knowledge of signal integrity, power integrity, and EMC/EMI compliance.
– Strong understanding of analog and digital circuit design principles.
– Familiarity with microcontrollers, FPGAs, and embedded systems.
– Proficient in English and Dutch communication.
