Summary:
– Deliver remote technical service/support from the main office, on projects ranging from Food & Beverages to Gas & Liquid processing, with occasional on site support (max 25% traveling)
– Salary up to €5500
– HBO or MBO + level, with a minimum of 3 years of experience
– Experience in PLC / Automation projects is a plus
Job activities
– Providing technical support to both internal as external customers
– Malfunction / Problem solving and providing advice
– Optimizing quality of product lines and providing support and prepare Service visits on customer sites
– Keeping information on databased up to date
– In charge of technical training internally and externally
– Providing assistance to test new installations remotely or onsite
– Participate in the 24-7 shifts – technical service support to customers
– Occasionally: external maintenance, calibrations, repairs, troubleshooting and short commissioning

Requirements
- Bachelor/MBO4 education in engineering field;
- Minimum of 3 years of experience
- Experience in PLC (Siemens) / Automation is a plus
- Experience with cooling technology is a big plus
- Willing to travel short periods of time (25% max)
