Sales Operations Specialist

Job Description
As a Sales Operations Specialist you will be responsible for the development of the used Sales Tools and the Bid Process Management. Together with the SGS Product Category Leader and the Sales Support Leader you will execute the development and implementation of new pricing, quoting and product configuration tools (CPQ application). You will be a key member of the Sales Support Team and make sure to support adoption and training of the application.

Based in Venlo, this company is a big player in Liquid & Gas Management Solutions for the Food & Beverage industry. Their clients are the biggest manufacturers of Beverages, as well as the agricultural industry. Their Quality Control, Biogas and CO2 reduction Systems are sold and serviced in more than 150 countries worldwide. The company is rapidly expanding and looking for multiple new employees.   

Responsibilities 
You will spend 80% of your time on Sales Operations and Tools. You will be responsible for the CPQ application across the SGS Business and engage directly with business stakeholders across Sales, Finance, Operations, Supply Chain, Engineering and Technology.  
About 20% of your time you will spend on Sales Support which means you will be analyzing information to develop proposals and quotations for customers and direct bids but also support Supply Chain and Operations with information related to usage of parts and materials of construction for forecasting needs. 

Profile
– You have a Technical or Commercial Bachelor degree
– You have a background in the Manufacturing or Process industry
– At least 5 years experience in a sales and bid proposal environment 
– At least 5 years experience with implementing Pricing and Quoting tools
– Experience with CPQ implementation
– Good communication skills in English 
– Experience with a CRM system 
– Good leadership and organizational skills
