Industrialisation Architect for the Aerospace industry:
– Salary indication around €6.500 a month

Activities:
Setting up, developing and maintaining all necessary technologies and associated competences to allow production systems (infrastructure, automation/robotization, methods) for AIT production lines to function optimally, in such a way that a manufacturable product is developed (minimization of risks in the supply chain) against market rates.
- Set up and start up AIT (end) lines:
- Set up the production and any (sub) assembly line(s), incl. specification for IT infrastructure.
- Determines and implements the digital documentation/information flow from/to
suppliers in assembly. - Specifies the Plan of Requirements for a production building/space.
- Supports in the development of supplier production line together with suppliers and partners.
- Determine and implement the organization for the production and assembly line (number and skills) from development models to full operational capability
- Makes proposals for cascading from system level operational requirements to target setting up to component level for Design and Engineering (manufacturability, costs, etc.)
- Designs and organizes the complete value chain:
- Provides input for make/buy decisions from an industrialization point of view.
- Develops Value Stream Maps of the production and AIT process.
- Provides input for the risk analysis on the chosen supply chain structure and joint approach.
- Determines the production cadence, including installation, scaling up and down options.
- Organizes and optimizes the production of development models to start full rate operational production:
- Coordinates activities of Manufacturing engineering, Procurement and other relevant stakeholders that fall within the industrialization work package.
- Coordinates MGSE concepts (tooling, containers (design and numbers)) in line with the assembly approach.
- Prepares industrialization plans.
- Monitors the synergy with production and assembly approach for the other recurring production and AIT.
- Helps prepare the industrialization skill matrix and monitors the development of competences
in accordance with plan in consultation with the Director I&AIT. - Fulfills the role of work package manager in projects.
Requirements:
– Master Degree in Engineering required
– In-depth knowledge in the field of Industrialization and experience in a similar role
– You are customer-oriented & result-oriented
– You have a healthy dosis persuasiveness
– Fluent English as a minimum, Dutch and German speaking is a plus
Employment Conditions:
– Salary range 5000 – 6500 euro a month, Gross
– CAO/CLA Metaelektro
– 38-40 days of paid leave
– 8% holiday pay
– Permanent position after a positive first year
